Greenwood Connections provides Skilled Nursing through Green Pine Acres. This is a 65 bed Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
Out Patient Therapy
Green Pine Acres provides out-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities.
Transitional Care Unit
Our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) features private rooms with private bathrooms and showers. There is an easy access to Therapy which is located in the TCU. The licesnsed and certified nursing and therapy team can provide nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy to help you recuperate and rehabilitate.
