Menahga Home Health

Greenwood Connections provides quality in-home nursing and support services through Menahga Home Health.

Menahga Home Health has a Comprehensive home care license. Currently we are only providing services for tenants living in the Woodside Manor Assisted Living apartments. 

Services Provided:

Nursing - A nurse visits you in your home under the direction of your medical doctor.

Home Health Aide - Personal care is provided by a person trained in helping with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, exercises, skin care and foot care, weights and vitals).

Homemaker - Routine household assistance in meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping.

The services of Menahga Home Health might be covered by Medicaid, Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care Grant or privately paid.
