Transitional Care Unit

Our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) features private rooms with private bathrooms and showers. There is an easy access to Therapy which is located in the TCU. The licesnsed and certified nursing and therapy team can provide nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy to help you recuperate and rehabilitate.

Some of the health conditions that we can provide therapy for include:

• - Post-cerebrovascular accident (stroke)
• - Cardiopulmonary dysfunction
• - Neuromuscular or neurological disorders
• - Chronic pain
• - Complex wound care
