Green Pine Acres Adult Day Services

Greenwood Connections provides Adult Day Services, a daytime service to older persons living at home as well as respite for caregivers, through Green Pine Acres Adult Day Services.

Green Pine Acres Adult Day Services is available to serve:

• - Adults who cannot be alone all day while a caregiver works or takes a break
• - Those who live alone and feel isolated and lonely
• - Adults needing therapeutic recreation and socialization
• - People experiencing memory loss
• - Those who need assistance with activities of daily living

Daily Services and Activities:

• - Nutritious noon meal and snacks
• - Moderate exercise
• - Assistance with personal cares, as needed
• - Socialization and recreational activities
• - Special trips to lunch, picnics and shopping
• - Warm-weather outdoor activities
• - Health education and clinical monitoring
