This wonderful home is adjoined to a three-acre park with long intertwining sidewalks, three gazebos, twelve park benches, and an underground sprinkling system with a thirty-foot fountain.

Greenwood Connections provides Assisted Living in its Woodside Manor apartment complex. This special senior housing is located amongst the pine trees along the east side of our facility.
Transitional Care
Our licensed and certified nursing and therapy team can provide nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help you recuperate and rehabilitate. Our unit features private rooms with bathrooms and showers.
Outpatient Therapy
Green Pine Acres provides out-patient, occupational, and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities.
