Located East of Highway 71 on Main Street. Green Pine Acres and Woodside Manor can be found at different entrances to the same facility.

Green Pine Acres

The entrance to Green Pine Acres Nursing Home is reached by turning left nust as the road bends to the right. Parking is near the entrance.

Woodside Manor

The entrance to Woodside Manor Assisted Living is reached by turning left just as the road straightens out. Drive up to the entrance and park in the adjacent parking lot.

Greenwood Connections provides Skilled Nursing through Green Pine Acres. We ensure high-quality care for our residents in this 65 bed Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.

Greenwood Connections provides Assisted Living in its Woodside Manor apartment complex. This special senior housing is located amongst the pine trees along the east side of our facility.

Our licensed and certified nursing and therapy team can provide nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help you recuperate and rehabilitate. Our unit features private rooms with bathrooms and showers.

Green Pine Acres provides out-patient, occupational, and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities.
