Adult Day Services

Greenwood Connections provides Adult Day Services, a daytime service to older persons living at home as well as respite for caregivers, through Green Pine Acres.

Green Pine Acres Adult Day Services is available to serve:

- Adults who cannot be alone all day while a caregiver works or takes a break

- Those who live alone and feel isolated and lonely

- Adults needing therapeutic recreation and socialization

- People experiencing memory loss

- Those who need assistance with activities of daily living

Daily Services and Activities:

- Nutritious noon meal and snacks

- Moderate exercise

- Assistance with personal cares, as needed

- Socialization and recreational activities

- Special trips to lunch, picnics and shopping

- Warm-weather outdoor activities

- Health education and clinical monitoring
